    Description:  Club’s Mission:  The American Red Cross prevents and alleviates human suffering in the face of emergencies by mobilizing the power of volunteers and generosity of donors. 

    Type of Activities Envisioned:  Red Cross Clubs must plan and organize a minimum of three mission-related service projects each school year.  This may entail hosting blood drives at school, organizing a fundraiser/awareness event to benefit the Measles and Rubella Initiative, and fundraising for the Red Cross Holiday Campaign.  Students participating in the club can also get trained in CPR, AED, and First Aid.  They can also become official Red Cross Volunteers.
