    DESCRIPTION:

    The fitness room can help improve your fitness level and overall health by increasing opportunities for you to engage in physical activity, regardless of athletic ability. Try a cross fit work out or design your own fitness program.

    MEETING TIMES:

    Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2:30pm-3:30pm. Please arrive by 2:40pm.
