Annual Multiple Occupancy Updates

  • In order to maintain the accuracy of our records, we will update residency on an annual basis.  (You do not need to remember to schedule your appointment each year, we will send you a reminder)

    Each spring you will be asked to make an appointment to come in with the homeowner or leaseholder to complete updated forms and submit a new affidavit. 

    In addition to the forms, you will be asked to bring your ID and 2 CURRENT (within 30 days) articles of mail/statements/bills.

    The homeowner or leaseholder will only need ID. 

     

    Examples of acceptable residency documents include:

    • Cell Phone Bill
    • Pay Stub
    • Bank Statement
    • Insurance Statement
    • Medical Statements
    • Government Notices
    • Legal Notices
