All 11th grade students in the State of Pennsylvania are required to have a physical exam. A copy of this exam must be given to the school nurse. Any exam completed after the first day of the student's Sophomore year and through the student's Junior year will be accepted. A current PIAA sports physical will also be accepted. The 11th grade physical is an obligation. Students who do not hand in this form will be unable to purchase prom tickets, get a parking pass, or walk during graduation ceremonies. Completed physical forms may be scanned and sent to kbartnett@cbsd.org.
